The walking-type management law means that leaders at all levels of the company should not sit in the office all day long, but must devote most of their working time to the grass-roots level, directly contact the employees, keep abreast of the situation, and solve problems on the spot. The managerial bureaucracy of the McDonald’s fast-food restaurant against the company’s functional departments was once more prominent. It spent a lot of valuable time on smoking and chatting, thus sawing back all the manager chairs’ backs, prompting them to step out of the office and carry out “walking management”. Special customer supervision means that a company specializes in hiring and training a group of people, allowing them to pretend to be customers, and secretly sneak into each subsidiary or branch to check scores. These “special customers” come to nothing, and they don’t have time, and they don’t have time rules. This has prompted managers and employees of various subsidiaries or branches to feel some kind of pressure from time to time. They naturally dare not negligence in their work.
