国内不少单位曾针对手动应变控制式直剪仪人工施加剪切应变,剪速不易均恒,影响读数精度;操作通常需要两个人等特点,将其改成电动施加剪切应变的仪器。但一般都采用较大的马达和减速机构,或数台仪器共用一台马达和减速机,这样不易做到设计小巧、紧凑、操作灵便。我们的做法是采用一台仅10瓦带减速器的仪表马达,加工一套(三个)小模数的变速齿轮,就能使仪器具有三种快剪或固结快剪的规定速率(4~12转/分钟)。变速齿轮的被动轮固定于加长了的原手轮蜗轮轴的端部,主动齿轮固定在电机轴上,电机靠一块用旧钢板加工成呈T型的机架就位于手轮蜗杆轴的平行位置,
