以玉米幼苗为实验材料,研究不同浓度外源水杨酸对低温胁迫下玉米幼苗丙二醛含量、细胞膜透性、脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性等生理指标的影响。结果表明:与低温处理的玉米幼苗相比,水杨酸处理后玉米幼苗丙二醛含量和细胞膜透性呈现明显下降趋势,脯氨酸含量、SOD酶活性呈升高趋势,以0.5mmol·L-1水杨酸处理作用最明显。由此推测,外施水杨酸处理可以缓解低温对玉米幼苗的伤害,同时0.5mmol·L-1水杨酸效果最佳。
Maize seedlings were used as experimental materials to study the effects of exogenous salicylic acid (SA) at different concentrations on physiological indexes such as MDA content, proline content and superoxide dismutase activity in maize seedlings under chilling stress. The results showed that the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and membrane permeability of maize seedlings decreased significantly after treatment with salicylic acid (P <0.05), the content of proline and the activity of SOD increased with the increase of 0.5 mmol·L -1 salicylic acid treatment most obvious. It was speculated that the application of salicylic acid can alleviate the low temperature damage to corn seedlings, while 0.5mmol·L-1 salicylic acid best.
