研究了在20钢表面激光熔覆不同TiC量的金属陶瓷涂层。结果表明,随着涂层中TiC量的增加,金属陶瓷涂层组织特征发生变化,硬度增加。同时也使涂层热应力增加,导致涂层与基体润湿性差,结合强度降低。最后提出了改善界面结合强度的措施。
The laser cladding of cermets with different amounts of TiC on the surface of 20 steel was investigated. The results show that with the increase of the amount of TiC in the coating, the microstructure of the cermet coating changes and its hardness increases. At the same time, the thermal stress of the coating is also increased, resulting in poor wettability between the coating and the substrate and a decrease in the bonding strength. Finally, some measures to improve the bonding strength are proposed.
