采用高功率CO2激光器在20钢表面激光熔区Fe基自熔合金与Tic陶瓷涂层。通过对其显微组织特征、化学成分和硬度分布以及耐磨性的分析测定,表明在选取合适的工艺参数条件下,可获得硬度高而又无孔洞的Fe基TiC陶瓷涂层。
High-power CO2 laser was used to fabricate Fe-based self-fluxing alloy and Tic ceramic coating on the laser surface of 20 steel. The microstructure, chemical composition, hardness distribution and abrasion resistance were analyzed and determined. The results show that the Fe-based TiC ceramic coating with high hardness and no holes can be obtained under the proper process parameters.
