针对全国高等学校英语应用能力考试中阅读理解的比分较重(达35%)、而学生的阅读理解得分率普遍偏低的情况,提出提高学生英语阅读理解能力的7个方法:丰富学生的词汇量;掌握好的阅读方法;鼓励学生扩大课外阅读范围,扩展知识面;提高学生的快速阅读能力;坚持计时阅读,配以解题技巧及方法的指导;培养学生的思维能力,提高阅读效率;经常进行阅读能力测试。
