本文研究了微量B_2O_3稳定的β-C_2S中固溶少量BaO、SrO后的水化活性。用热重分析测定了不同养护龄期的β-C_2S结合水量,以此作为β-C_2S水化活性的表征。实验结果表明,当SrO固溶量在4mol%左右、BaO国溶量在2-4mol%左右时,β-C_2S具有最高的水化活性。掺量进一步增加,其水化活性显出降低的趋势。差热分析结果支持了上述结论。杂质对β-C_2S抗粉化能力的影响和对β-C_2S晶粒尺寸的影响可能是引起其水化活性变化的两个原因。
In this paper, the hydration activity of a small amount of BaO and SrO dissolved in solid solution of β-C 2 S with B 2 O 3 was studied. Thermogravimetric analysis was used to determine the amount of β-C 2 S bound water at different curing ages as a characterization of the hydration activity of β-C 2 S. The experimental results show that β-C 2 S has the highest hydration activity when the SrO content is about 4 mol% and the BaO content is about 2-4 mol%. Addition of further increase, its hydration activity showed a decreasing trend. The results of differential thermal analysis support the above conclusions. The influence of impurities on the powdering resistance of β-C_2S and the influence on the grain size of β-C_2S may be the two reasons that cause the change of its hydration activity.
