应用因次分析的原理建立了制动摩擦的理论模型,其中包含了正压力、速度、温度和时间等工况条件以及硬度、热分解活化能、导热率和比热容、表面粗糙度等材料的物理-化学特性参数。以回归的组合正交设计法组织试验,确定理论模型中的待定常数,得到半经验的计算公式.结果表明,这种方法简便、实用;所建立的计算公式能揭示出制动摩擦中包含的摩擦磨损机理,与近代的摩擦学理论及有关研究吻合较好.
