采用区带离心纯化的肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)汉滩病毒LR1株核衣壳蛋白 (NP)分别免疫新西兰白家兔和昆明种小鼠。以NP免疫家兔后用LR1株病毒攻击 ,实验显示 ,免疫后的家兔可保护 10 0ID50 同株病毒的攻击 ;NP免疫母鼠所产的乳鼠能抵抗 10 4 ～ 10 5LD50 同株病毒的攻击。以上结果表明 :HFRS的病毒NP组分在抗感染免疫中起重要作用。
New Zealand white rabbits and Kunming mice were respectively immunized with nucleocapsid protein (NP) of the hantavirus LR1 strain of HFRS by centrifugation. After the rabbits were immunized with NP, the rabbits were challenged with the strain LR1. The results showed that rabbits vaccinated with NP could protect 10 0 ID50 homologous virus. The NP-immunized mother mice could resist 10 4 ~ 10 5 LD50 homologous virus attack. The above results show that: HFRS virus NP components play an important role in anti-infective immunity.
