目的探讨CD34及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达、关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检32例肺癌组织和25例癌旁组织中VEGF表达及MVD值,观察二者数值变化与组织学类型、分化程度和淋巴结有无转移的关系。结果与瘤旁组织比较,瘤组织中MVD值及VEGF表达阳性率高(P<0.05);VEGF表达阳性率及MVD值的升高大致与临床Ⅰ~Ⅳ期的升高呈正相关;与无淋巴结转移患者比较,有淋巴结转移患者瘤组织中MVD值及VEGF表达阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与组织类型及分化程度病理特征因素之间的瘤组织的MVD值与VEGF表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NSCLC组织中CD34和VEGF常常为高表达,二者具有正相关性,与肿瘤的TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD34 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MVD in 32 cases of lung cancer tissues and 25 cases of adjacent tissues. The relationship between the changes and the histological type, differentiation and lymph node metastasis was observed. Results The positive rates of MVD and VEGF in tumor tissue were higher than those in para-tumor (P <0.05). The positive rate of VEGF and the increase of MVD were positively correlated with the increase of clinical stage Ⅰ-Ⅳ. Compared with non-lymph node Compared with the metastasis group, the MVD value and the positive expression rate of VEGF in the patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly different (P <0.01). The MVD value and the positive expression of VEGF in the tumor tissue with histological type and differentiation degree The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of CD34 and VEGF in NSCLC tissues is usually high, which is positively correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.
