目的 研究cystatinB基因在人食管癌中的表达状况。方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT PCR)方法检测 41对食管癌组织及配对食管癌旁黏膜和食管癌细胞系EC970 6和肺癌细胞系GLC82中cystatinB基因的表达。 结果 cystatinB基因在 82 .9% (34/ 41例 )食管癌组织中的表达水平 ,低于配对的食管癌旁黏膜 ,且与食管癌淋巴结转移显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。在食管癌细胞系EC970 6有微弱表达 ,在肺癌细胞系GLC82未检测到表达。结论 cystatinB基因在人食管癌中表达显著下调且与淋巴结转移相关。
Objective To study the expression of cystatinB gene in human esophageal cancer. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) was used to detect the expression of cystatinB gene in esophageal cancer tissue and matched esophageal adenocarcinoma and esophageal cancer cell line EC970 6 and lung cancer cell line GLC82. Results The expression of cystatinB gene in 82.9% (34/41) esophageal cancer tissues was lower than that of the paired esophageal adenocarcinoma and was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer (P < 0.05). There was weak expression in the esophageal cancer cell line EC970 6, and no expression was detected in the lung cancer cell line GLC82. Conclusion The expression of cystatinB gene is significantly down-regulated in human esophageal cancer and is associated with lymph node metastasis.
