通过猴下颌升支矢状劈开前徙术后不同时期扫描电镜的动态观察,发现骨段连接区界面的发展不平衡,是一个界面由宽到窄最后完全骨性连接的过程。整个界面的连接程度进展不一,骨性连接的早晚与应力分布的状况有关。同时发现,非胶原蛋白是胶原基质最终发生矿化的核化中心,胶原是晶体物质取向沉积的被动模板,能促使细胞对骨基质的附着,而骨基质的改建则是一个不断吸收和沉积的过程。
