At present, the domestic banking industry is popular with a kind of “loess” awareness. Many banks consciously cover their money bags and can not easily open their mouths. This sense of looting loans is now almost reached a pathological level, not only the average customer loans is difficult, even those who have great prospects for development of enterprises also seeking loans is not easy; not only for private SMEs seeking loans without even the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises want Loans have to be talked to by banks; it is no news that banks with bankruptcy will be able to bankrupt a promising company because of the liquidity problem. Why is the banking industry so sorry now for loans? It has to start with the financial turmoil of the late 1980s and early 1990s.
