浅谈老闸加固改造工程质量控制措施和安全性验算

一、概述rn经过几十年运行,随着水情与工情的变化,水工建筑物使用功能逐步降低.一些水工建筑物原主体结构仍满足安全性要求,如闸底板部分闸墙及翼墙稍加维修仍可利用.若拆除后原址重建,不仅增加了投资成本,而且对原基础会产生破坏,因此对于这种类型的水工建筑物可采用除险加固的方法来提高工程的安全性和稳定性.山东省济宁市近年来对运行35年以上老闸进行了安全性论证,对部分老闸实施了改造和加固,使老闸换新颜,使用功能更加丰富,社会效益更加显著.
