针对SS400M连铸坯实际生产中出现的角裂问题,采用热模拟的方法,研究了SS400M的高力学性能,对比分析变速率、冷却速率对性能的影响。并结合生产条件进行了工艺因素分析。
In order to solve the problem of corner cracking in actual production of SS400M continuous casting slab, the thermal mechanical simulation of SS400M was carried out. The effect of variable rate and cooling rate on performance was analyzed. Combined with the production conditions of the process factor analysis.
