有关专家发现,目前全球每年有近八成的人,由于在搬运重物或清扫积雪等劳动中姿势不当而导致背部受伤,轻者腰酸背痛,严重者卧床无法动弹。这类患者以20岁至60岁的男性为多,这是因为他们在搬运重物时,往往以背部弯曲、双腿直立的姿势工作,使背部长时间受力过多而受伤。相对来说,女性比较懂得如何搬运重物,她们患病率较男性低。
The experts found that nearly 80% of the world’s people each year suffer from back injuries due to improper posture during the handling of heavy objects or sweeping the snow, causing them to suffer from back pain and severe bed rest. These patients are predominantly men aged 20 to 60. This is because they tend to work on back flexing, legs upright, and overburdened backs for long periods of time when carrying heavy loads. Relatively speaking, women are more aware of how to carry heavy loads, and their prevalence is lower than that of men.
