目的:消除麻黄减对甲基苯丙胺分析的干扰。方法:在甲基苯丙胺的提取过程中增加氧化步骤,即2ml尿样用0.5ml1mol/L的磷酸缓冲液(pH6.8)和0.5ml0.3mol/L高碘酸钠处理。结果:麻黄碱在高碘酸离子的存在下降解为小碎片而甲基苯丙胺则不受影响,从而消除麻黄碱的干扰。结论:样品提取前用高碘酸钠处理可消除麻黄碱引起的干扰,该样品处理方法可用于甲基苯丙胺的确证分析。
Objective: To eliminate the interference of ephedrine minus methamphetamine analysis. METHODS: An oxidation step was added during the extraction of methamphetamine, ie 2 ml of urine was treated with 0.5 ml of 1 mol / L phosphate buffer (pH 6.8) and 0.5 ml of 0.3 mol / L sodium periodate. Results: Ephedrine degraded to small fragments in the presence of periodate ions while methamphetamine was unaffected, thereby eliminating the interference of ephedrine. Conclusion: Treatment with sodium periodate before sample extraction can eliminate the interference caused by ephedrine. The sample processing method can be used for confirmatory analysis of methamphetamine.
