教师专业发展存在“外铄”和“内塑”两种路向。外语教师的专业发展受到外在社会文化生态、外语教学的跨文化本质和外语教师的内在群体性特征及个体性成长需求的影响,不仅要求从“外铄”与“内塑”两条路径上展开,而且还应当以罗高福“文化生态理论”为关照,采取“内外融合”的发展模式。具体策略包括:制度安排和政策体系的完善和一体化,校本文化与研究社团的良性互动;教师的教学哲学凝练;教师的反思性行动研究。
