微耕机由于体积小巧,多用于山地和丘陵地区的农业耕作,但是现在大多数微耕机是靠人力操作调节耕深,不能保证耕深的稳定和一致性.设计一种用于微耕机的耕深自动调节系统,稳定地控制耕地时的耕深,系统主要由检测装置、控制装置和执行机构组成.检测机构通过角度传感器实时检测耕深,控制装置通过对检测信号进行分析处理并计算出实际耕深,根据其与目标耕深的差值控制执行机构调节耕深而达到预定目标.
