浙江省嘉兴市公安局为了适应治安形势的变化,不断调整侦查破案对策,刑侦支队刑事犯罪信息、刑事技术等部门在强化犯罪信息传递与利用,提高打击流窜犯罪效能方面进行了积极探索。强化犯罪现场信息工作,为系列案件侦破提供线索侦查破案的线索主要来源于犯罪现场信息。犯罪现场信息不仅包括手印、足迹、工具痕迹等形象物证,还包括依附在上述痕迹物证当中的犯罪心理、实施犯罪过程、作案熟练程度、特殊作案手段、作案人数等犯罪信息内容。刑侦支队明确要求基层情报信息部门在规定的时间内及时搜集上述犯罪现场信息,并快速汇总、整理并上报。刑侦支队的信息、技术等部门可通过公安信息网不间断地浏览各地上报的犯罪现场信息,及时捕获流窜作案信息,为领导决策和各地的设卡、守候、清查等工作提供科学依据。1998年10月下旬,嘉兴市平湖、嘉善
