以辛酸亚锡为催化剂,季戊四醇引发ε-己内酯开环聚合制得星形聚己内酯,再以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为偶联剂,将聚乙二醇引入到星形聚己内酯的端基上,从而得到星形两亲性聚合物。采用FTIR、1 H-NMR对聚合物的结构进行了表征。利用熔融分散的方法,两亲性聚合物在水中自组装形成了聚合物纳米粒子,采用Zeta电位仪对聚合物的纳米粒子的性质进行了考察。
Using stannous octoate as a catalyst, pentaerythritol triggers the ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone to obtain a star polycaprolactone, and then uses toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as a coupling agent to introduce the polyethylene glycol into the star poly Lactone end groups, resulting in a star amphiphilic polymer. The structure of the polymer was characterized by FTIR and 1 H-NMR. Using melt-dispersion method, the amphiphilic polymer self-assembled in water to form polymer nanoparticles, the use of Zeta potential meter polymer nanoparticles were investigated.
