我国沿海地区有不少建筑物建造在海淤泥地基上,对那些体型不太大,荷载不很重的中小型建筑,采用哪类基础更合适,既要结构上可靠,经济上合理,又施工方便,这是广大设计人员要解决的一个实际问题。而采用天然地基上浅基础和桩基础混用常被用作解决这个问题的一种方法。下面介绍一个工程实例,分析软土地基上两类不同基础混用应注意的问题。 一、工程概况
In China’s coastal areas, many buildings are built on sea muddy foundations. It is more appropriate for those small and medium-sized buildings that are not large in size and not heavily loaded to adopt a foundation that is structurally reliable, economically reasonable, and constructed. Convenient, this is a practical problem to be solved by the majority of designers. The use of shallow foundations and pile foundations on natural foundations is often used as a method to solve this problem. The following describes an engineering example to analyze the problems that should be paid attention to when the two types of foundations are mixed on soft soil foundations. I. Project Overview
