目的:研究植物毛冬青(Ilex Pubescens Hook.et Arm)根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱法对毛冬青根中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从毛冬青根中分离鉴定了4个化合物和1个混合物:冬青素B-3-0-β-D-木糖苷(1)、齐墩果酸-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(2)、长梗冬青苷(3)、泰国树脂酸-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖酯和冬青素B-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的混合物(4),豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)。结论:化合物2~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the root of Ilex Pubescens Hook.et Arm. Methods: Silica gel, reverse phase silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents from the root of Hollyria solani. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic techniques. Results: Four compounds and one mixture were isolated and identified from the root of Holly bergamot root: Isoflavone B-3-0-β-D-xyloside (1), Oleanolic acid-3-O-β-D-glucose A mixture (4) of alginic acid (2), longiflorin (3), Thai resin acid -28-O-β-D-glucose ester, and hollysin B-28-O-β-D-glucoside Stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (5). Conclusion: Compounds 2 ~ 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
