小组合作学习中“弱势学生先行”是指在小组合作学习中,让小组内学习水平和能力发展相对滞后的学生优先分享、表达自己观点与想法的学习方式。它既是保障每一个学生在课堂中具有均等学习机会的有效机制,也是提升小组合作学习效率的有效途径。如何在小学数学课堂的合作学习中实现弱势学生先行?这是不少教师在组织实施合作学习时普遍面临的现实问题。下面结合具体的教学实践案例,分析小组合作学习中弱势学生先行的路径。
Group cooperative learning “disadvantaged students first ” refers to the group in cooperative learning, so that the level of learning and ability within the team lags behind the development of students to share priority to express their views and ideas of learning.
