听、说、读、写是中专英语学习的四项基本能力,其中英语听力是排在第一位的,占据着十分重要的地位。在以往的英语听力教学中,教师主要采用的是播放录音让学生听的方式,学生听不太懂就多放几遍,这样的方式导致学生的听力水平提高得很慢,还会觉得听力学习枯燥乏味,不利于学生英语水平的提高。新课标对学生的英语听力提出了新的要求,同时也对教师的英语听力教学提出了更高的要求,教师开始思考把词块教学法应用在中专英语听力教学中。所谓词块教学法,是指应用一些语言单位长度不等的形式和意义都比较固定的大于单词结构的词块进行英语教学,从而提高学生的听力水平。那教师如何在中专英语听力教学中应用词块教学法呢?就此问题做了简要解析。
