一、粉末冶金的进展1.粉末冶金的历史从1950年起,轴承零件的需求开始增涨。随后,粉末冶金开始应用于汽车零件。虽然如此,直到1965年汽车制造厂才开始零件的正式生产。因而,将其用于汽车业的历史是很短的。现在普遍认为、它仍然是一种新的工艺。但是由于它的优越性,其市场正在大大扩展,加之现代技术的加速发展和机动化、在粉末冶金技术领域也有惊人的进展。图1是一台三缸四冲程1升发动机的纵剖面图。下面,通过这台发动机上粉末冶金零件应用的几个实例来探索其进展。
First, the progress of powder metallurgy 1. History of powder metallurgy Since 1950, the demand for bearing parts began to rise. Subsequently, powder metallurgy began to be applied to automotive parts. Nonetheless, it was not until 1965 that carmakers started the formal production of parts. Thus, the history of its use in the automotive industry is very short. Now generally agreed that it is still a new process. However, due to its superiority, its market is greatly expanded. In addition, with the acceleration of the development of modern technology and mobility, there has also been an amazing progress in the field of powder metallurgy. Figure 1 is a longitudinal section of a three cylinder four stroke 1 liter engine. In the following, we explore the progress of several examples of the application of powder metallurgy parts on this engine.
