采用开口柱色谱对进口发泡剂进行分离,大致分为主剂和添加剂,主剂质量分数为98.93%,添加剂为1.06%.然后采用付里叶红外光谱、紫外光谱、萤光光谱以及元素分析对该发泡剂的主剂分子结构式进行剖析,得到Mesu10-Foma-03发泡剂主剂的分子结构式为CH3(CH2)nH2N+CH2COOH,其中n为13,或者为9、11、13、15、17,其平均值为13的一系列同系物,这是一种甜菜碱型两性表面活性剂.添加剂因为含量少,组成较复杂,初步认为是由芳环杂环化合物组成的稳定剂、固泡剂、增粘剂.并对该发泡剂进行室内评价,其起泡性能耐高温性能要比国产发泡剂优越得多.
Using open column chromatography on the import of foaming agent separation, roughly divided into the main agent and additives, the main agent mass fraction of 98.93%, 1.06% additives. Then, the main molecular structure of the foaming agent was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectrum, fluorescence spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The molecular formula of Mesu10-Foma-03 foaming agent was CH3 (CH2) nH2N + CH2COOH , Where n is 13, or a series of homologs of 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 with an average of 13, which is a betaine type amphoteric surfactant. Because of the small amount of additives, the composition is more complex, initially believed to be composed of aromatic heterocyclic compounds stabilizer, foam stabilizer, tackifier. And the indoor evaluation of the blowing agent, the foaming performance of high temperature performance is much better than the domestic blowing agent.
