时间:二十世纪末周(2000年12月25日—30日) 地点:海峡西岸(福州—泉州) 背景:伫立于世纪之交的门外,对于步履维艰的中国戏曲来说,“生存还是死亡”这一世纪之争;戏曲中的传统文化精髓当何以承传;戏曲现有的创作态势对于它所面临着的日新月异的物质世界,在将来时的进程中将趋向何方;剧作者的个人风格及群体效应当如何定位;……如此这般一系列的课题缠绕并困扰在众多戏剧工作者的心头。于是,八闽剧人滋生了对业已形成的“闽派戏剧”现象进行再认识的构想,以求对新时期以来福建剧坛的嬗变,从现象到本质进行阶段
