以木薯淀粉和丙烯酸单体为原料,过硫酸铵-亚硫酸钠为引发剂,用水溶液聚合法制得淀粉基高吸水性树脂。试验表明:较佳工艺条件为淀粉2.0g、丙烯酸15.00mL、反应温度70℃、去离子水25.0mL、引发剂用量比为过硫酸铵∶亚硫酸钠=0.048g∶0.024g、丙烯酸的中和度80%、反应时间1h,所制得的样品的吸液率为去离子水1 875g/g、生理盐水为219g/g。采用差示扫描量热法、X-射线衍射和扫描电镜等方法对原料和产物的结构进行了表征。
The starch-based superabsorbent resin was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization using tapioca starch and acrylic monomer as raw materials and ammonium persulfate-sodium sulfite as initiator. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: starch 2.0g, acrylic acid 15.00mL, reaction temperature 70 ℃, deionized water 25.0mL, initiator dosage ratio of ammonium persulfate = sodium sulfite = 0.048g: 0.024g, degree of neutralization of acrylic acid 80 %, The reaction time 1h, the absorbance of the sample obtained was 1875g / g deionized water, physiological saline 219g / g. The structures of raw materials and products were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.
