全部实验均用培养5-12天的Wistar种乳鼠心肌细胞团为标本。奎尼丁、牡丹皮制成水煮酒沉提取液。PH6.8。离子浓度为K~+0.8毫克当量,无Na~+Ca~(++)。实验时以灌流液稀释到所需浓度。 细胞浴槽置于倒置显微镜载物台上,标本以恒温(32℃±1℃)的Eagle培养基灌流。灌流液充以Co_25%和O_295%的混和气体。pH保持在7.4。电信号用玻璃微电极引导。电极尖端阻抗为10-30MΩ充灌
All the experiments were performed using Wistar strains of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes cultured for 5-12 days. Quinidine, Mudanpi made of boiled wine extract. PH6.8. The ion concentration is K~+0.8 milliequivalents without Na~+Ca~(++). The experiment was diluted with the perfusate to the desired concentration. The cell bath was placed on an inverted microscope stage and the specimens were perfused with a constant temperature (32°C ± 1°C) of Eagle’s medium.
