《新编中药炮制法》(马兴民编著,陕西人民出版社1982年5月第三次印刷)一书,集中了多年来中药炮制的研究成果,为广大基层中药工作者的学习提供了一定方便。徐永昭同志已作过评介(见《中药通报》1981年第3期),今就书中有关、内容提出几点看法,与编者商榷。一、炮制理由方面第11页辅料3醋项下:“能与生物碱或皂甙生成盐或酯,能增加溶解度……”第120页5行:“因醋能和柴胡中所含的皂甙生成酯,能增加溶解度……”其实,皂甙除少数外,均可溶于水,假若能转变脂类,使亲脂性增强,水溶性反而减小。相反可使有机酸复呈原游离状态。如乌梅中的苹果酸酯在醋酸的作用下生成苹果酸第76页7行起,山药炮制理由:“其中所含粘蛋白质,在体内水解为有滋养作用的蛋白质和碳水化合
The book “Newly Prepared Chinese Herbal Medicine” (edited by Ma Xingmin and published by Shaanxi People’s Publishing House for the third time in May 1982) focused on the research results of traditional Chinese medicine processing for many years and provided some convenience for the majority of grassroots Chinese medicine practitioners to study. Comrade Xu Yongzhao has already made a review (see “Chinese Medicine Bulletin” No. 3 of 1981). Now I have made some comments on the contents and contents of the book and discussed it with the editors. I.
