我国酒精中毒性精神障碍,仅见4例报告,而间发性酒狂尚无报道,现将我院一例报告如下: 患者男,45岁,已婚,淮南市谢一矿工人,1985年9月3日入院。患者于1981年1月在井下推矿车,不慎车翻,砸伤其额,不省人事约20分钟,送矿工医院抢救,出院后无何不适。近4年多来,出现阵发性头皮针刺样感,心躁意乱。继之,无法控制狂饮,端起酒碗大口喝,一次喝多少碗也记不清。走路如入无人之境,有时倒地熟睡;有时打人毁物。当时无幻觉、错觉或片断的妄想,也无情绪激动,未见阵发性抽搐,烂睡3～4天,醒后一切如常,但不能回忆当时情况。以后每隔约20天左右常有非狂饮不可的类似发作,今年下半年来发作频繁。病前个性较强、开朗。既往体健,间断饮酒20多年,每次1～2两,家族史无
