本文介绍了《挑战教学:来自课堂内外的思考》一书的主要内容,分析书中的两大主题:优秀教师的标准和教学中的创新。本文指出,创新是提高教学质量的原动力,该书作者在课堂教学中不走寻常路的创新精神值得广大教师学习,而书中所描述的种种创新举措也值得教师在教学实践中效仿。
This article presents the main content of “Challenge Teaching: Thinking from Inside and Outside the Classroom” and analyzes two main topics in the book: the criteria for excellent teachers and innovations in teaching. This paper points out that innovation is the driving force to improve the quality of teaching. The author of this book does not take the unusual way of innovation in class teaching, which is worth learning by many teachers. The various innovative measures described in this book also deserve teachers to follow in teaching practice.
