为了实现川气东送与西气东输二线之间直径为813 mm的连络管道不停输连通,需要设计适用于带压开孔工艺的¢813-¢914-¢1 016互连四通。互连四通强度设计符合压力容器开孔补强原理,整体结构近似于“上”字形,四通内配有卡环机构和塞柄机构,能够实现开孔作业后四通的自密封,便于拆除辅助阀门和开孔机具。考虑到管道日常运营中的清管、通球检测需求,设计了透气挡条机构,既确保了开孔后的通透性,又保证了管道内壁的几何完整性,最大限度地减少了开孔对管道的影响。现场应用结果表明:¢813-¢914-¢1 016互连四通实现了不停输连通管道的要求,达到了预期设计目标。
