目的了解甘肃省定西市安定区结核病某定点医院医护人员对结核病防治知识的掌握程度,为进一步加强新体系下“医防合作”提供科学依据。方法 2016年6月对定西市安定区结核病某定点医院医护人员进行结核病防治知识问卷调查,并使用Spss 13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果安定区结核病某定点医院医护人员结核病防治知识总知晓率为78.20%,医生知晓率高于护士,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.239,P<0.05),男、女医护人员知晓率分别为79.15%和77.70%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.480,P>0.05);不同科室(χ~2=50.741)、不同职称(χ~2=9.167)医护人员结核病防治知识知晓率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),不同文化程度医护人员知晓率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.089,P>0.05)。结论结核病定点医院实施的“医防合作”取得明显成效,但与国家规划目标的要求还有差距,应加大对结核病定点医院医护人员的健康教育,特别是对结核病相关科室医护人员的培训和考核,对提高病人治疗的依存性、解决病人管理中的难题有着重要意义。
Objective To understand the mastery degree of tuberculosis prevention and control among medical staff in a designated hospital of tuberculosis in Anding District, Dingxi City, Gansu Province, and to provide a scientific basis for further strengthening the “medical cooperation” under the new system. Methods In June 2016, a questionnaire survey on tuberculosis prevention and control among medical staff in a designated hospital of TB in Anding district of Dingxi City was conducted and analyzed by using Spss 13.0 software. Results Awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and control among medical staff in a designated hospital of Anding District was 78.20%, and the awareness rate of doctors was higher than that of nurses (χ ~ 2 = 4.239, P <0.05). The awareness rate of male and female medical staff (Χ ~ 2 = 0.480, P> 0.05). The knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control among medical staff with different titles (χ ~ 2 = 9.167) in different departments (χ ~ 2 = 50.741) was 79.15% and 77.70% (All P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of awareness among medical staff of different education levels (χ ~ 2 = 1.089, P> 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of “medical prevention cooperation ” in designated hospitals of tuberculosis has achieved remarkable results, but there is still a gap between the requirements of the national planning objectives and the health education of medical staff in designated hospitals of tuberculosis, especially for the medical staff of TB related departments Training and assessment, to improve the dependence of patient treatment, patient management to solve the problems of great significance.
