本文作者通过对《班主任》杂志2001—2010年十年中所发表文章进行深入、细致的梳理、分析和研究撰写出此文。这篇文章无论对以中小学教师为服务对象的本刊,还是对广大的中小学教师本身,都是莫大的鼓舞。中小学教师从事的虽然是实践性工作,但是我们的创新实践,我们积累起来的实践性知识,同时也深深地影响并推动着教育科学的发展和建设。我们每一位班主任既是班级管理的实践者,同时也是中小学班级管理理论的奠基者。本刊特发此文,与广大班主任共享。
The author of this article, through in-depth and meticulous combing, analysis and research on the articles published by the “Class Director” during the decade of 2001-2010, wrote this article.
