语文教师不仅需要扎实而全面的学科专业知识积累,同时还需要科学的课堂管理能力和技巧,及时有效地应对“课堂偶发事件”。教师要充分运用教学机智,积极应对“课堂偶发事件”。教师在运用教学机智的过程中必须遵循四点基本原则:第一,实事求是、态度诚恳;第二,充满爱心、宽容以待;第三,掌握分寸、宽严相宜;第四,具体分析、综合运用。常用的具体应急策略有:以静寓动法、因势利导法、宽容以待法、巧妙暗示法、幽默带过法等。
Chinese teachers not only need a solid and comprehensive knowledge accumulation of disciplines, but also need scientific classroom management skills and skills, timely and effective response to “classroom incident ”. Teachers should make full use of teaching tactics, and actively respond to “classroom incident ”.
