对北京地区24个杏鲍菇栽培品种的遗传多样性进行RAPD分析,选取了40条RAPD随机引物对供试的24个杏鲍菇菌株的基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,最终成功筛选出9条RAPD引物,共扩增出142条稳定、清晰的DNA条带;聚类分析结果表明,在相似系数为0.850的水平时,可将24个供试菌株分为5大类;主坐标分析结果与聚类分析基本一致;RAPD分子标记技术成功的表明了北京地区杏鲍菇菌株的遗传多样性,为杏鲍菇的遗传育种研究奠定基础。
RAPD analysis was carried out on the genetic diversity of 24 Pleurotus eryngii cultivars cultivated in Beijing. 40 RAPD random primers were used to amplify the genomic DNA of 24 Pleurotus eryngii strains tested. Nine RAPDs were successfully screened out. 142 stable and clear DNA bands were amplified by PCR. The results of cluster analysis showed that when the similarity coefficient was 0.850, 24 tested strains could be divided into 5 groups.
