在新课标的大力推行下,小学数学教师应当转交传统的教学观念,树立以学生为主体的教学地位,充分了解学生的兴趣爱好、性格特点、数学基础能力和认知规律,运用科学、合理、多元、有针对性的方法进行教学,从而让学生拥有学习数学的兴趣和热情,积极地投身到数学知识的获取中,进而实现知识的掌握和个人综合能力的提升。
