外周神经损伤后在损伤区局部可形成异位离子通道,发现这些离子通道经历着从发生、发展到消失的动态变化过程.神经损伤后的前3d内,损伤区局部首先形成机械敏感通道,这种通道的活动受Ca通道调制.随着神经损伤区K通道的形成和发育,它的敏感性逐渐降低;异位K离子通道约从损伤后第3d出现,通常在术后的7~10d内对其通道阻断剂四乙胺(TEA)的反应最为敏感,这种反应可以维持到术后50d以至更长.神经损伤后异位机械敏感通道与K通道的形成、发育和衰退在时程上具有先后顺序和互换关系.
