The analysis of trace elements in food and animal organs is one of the important applications of high-frequency plasma emission spectroscopy for inductive coupling. There have been successful examples. In this paper, the determination of Ca, Mg, Fe, Al, Zn, Cu, Mn, Mo, Cd, Pb, P and Cr and other elements in the liver pudding, obtained relatively satisfactory results.
