目前我国对学前师资加大重视力度,对于教师专业化发展提出更高要求。教师专业化发展不仅仅需要国家的外部支持,教师内在的提升也具有着非常重要的作用,采用文献分析法,界定教师阅读与幼儿教师专业化内涵,分析两者间关系,从而促进教师自身专业化素养,培养问题意识的方面,探讨出教师阅读促进幼儿教师专业化发展的作用。
