目的：观察曲安奈德对过敏性鼻炎的疗效和不良反应。方法：典型的过敏性鼻炎５０例，男性１９例，女性３１例，年龄３８±ｓ１０ａ，用曲安奈德５０～１００ｍｇ，ｉｍ，隔日１次，共２次。结果：所有病人症状迅速缓解，但会复发，平均复发间隔时间为９．７±１．３ｍｏ；不良反应有女性病人皆出现不同程度的月经改变。结论：曲安奈德治疗过敏性鼻炎有效，但皆有复发，且有月经过多。
Objective: To observe the curative effect and adverse reactions of triamcinolone acetonide on allergic rhinitis. Methods: 50 cases of typical allergic rhinitis, 19 males and 31 females, age 38 ± s10a, with triamcinolone acetonide 50 ~ 100mg, im every other day, a total of 2 times. Results: The symptoms of all patients were relieved rapidly, but recurrence occurred with an average recurrence interval of 9.7 ± 1.3mo. Adverse reactions were observed in female patients with varying degrees of menstrual changes. CONCLUSION: Triamcinolone acetonide is effective in treating allergic rhinitis, but all have recurrence and have menorrhagia.
