In the first quarter of 2012, the nationwide property market experienced a process of downturn and rebound sharply. Especially after the Spring Festival, the overall turnover of the property market in China marked a significant recovery, which was driven by developers’ initiative price cuts, which were just released after a one-year pent-up suppression.
