以氢氧化钠(Na OH)为降解剂,硫酸铝为改性剂,采用降解、配位的方法,制备出一种绿色环保、凝固点低、粘接强度强的,耐水性较好的骨胶胶粘剂。研究了碱解时间、氢氧化钠用量、配位反应的p H、硫酸铝用量对黏度与凝固点的影响。结果表明,骨胶改性的最佳工艺条件为:碱解时间为100 min,25 g骨胶中氢氧化钠质量为1.0 g,配位反应p H=5,硫酸铝质量为0.8 g。
Using sodium hydroxide (Na OH) as degradation agent and aluminum sulfate as modifier, a green and environment-friendly adhesive with low freezing point, strong adhesive strength and good water resistance was prepared by using degradation and coordination method . The effects of alkaline hydrolysis time, sodium hydroxide dosage, p H of coordination reaction and aluminum sulfate dosage on viscosity and freezing point were studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the modification of bone glue were as follows: the alkaline hydrolysis time was 100 min, the mass of sodium hydroxide in 25 g gelatin was 1.0 g, the coordination reaction p H = 5, the mass of aluminum sulfate was 0.8 g.
