人是最具有丰富情感的高级动物,情感无时无刻的左右着学生地思想及行为,他们的心理活动更是复杂而微妙。在现代体育健康第一的理念下,提高学生运动参与的心理趋向是非常重要的。体育课的课堂效果与学生的运动参与热情是密不可分的。一堂课,即使组织各种游戏和球类运动,学生也有可能因为心理或情绪的原因而不愿参加,即便参加了也无精打采或敷衍了事,使课堂效果大打折扣。从心理学和生物学角度来看,一般人趋向轻松愉快而躲避紧张和压力,在体育的表现上也是如此。更为重要的是,体育不是为了把每个孩子都培养成运动员。所以不能以强身取代健身,以竞技取代体育,让学生象运动员那样去锻炼,而应使学生都动起来,向娱乐化、心理满足方面转化。因此,体育教师有必要也有义务在课堂上创造一种轻松愉快的练习氛围和环境,来激发学生的运动参与热情。
People are the most advanced animals with rich emotions. The emotions affect the thinking and behavior of students all the time. Their psychological activities are complicated and delicate. Under the concept of modern sports health first, it is very important to improve the psychological tendency of student participation. The classroom effect of physical education classes is inextricably linked with students’ participation in sports enthusiasm. In one class, even if various games and ball games are organized, students may be reluctant to participate due to psychological or emotional reasons. Even if they participate, they are listless or perfunctory, which greatly reduces the effectiveness of the class. From a psychological and biological point of view, most people tend to be relaxed and happy and avoid tension and stress. This is also true in sports performance. More importantly, sports are not designed to train every child as an athlete. Therefore, physical fitness should not be replaced by physical exercise, sports should be replaced by sports, students should be trained like athletes, and students should be made to move into entertainment and psychological satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary and obligation for PE teachers to create a relaxed and practicable atmosphere and environment in the classroom to stimulate students’ participation in sports.
