提出了一种齿轮横截面积的工程计算方法,与CAD法提出的齿轮横截面积精确算法的计算结果相比其相对误差不大于1%,公式简单,使用方便。通过此算法计算齿轮的体积,运用Pro/E软件构造齿轮实体,对计算结果进行校核,其相对误差也在1%以内。把此算法作为确定毛坯体积的依据进行了试验验证,经检测最终所得到的齿轮锻件几何尺寸满足要求。结果表明,此算法计算精度高,完全符合工程需要,是一种值得推广的工程算法。
An engineering calculation method of gear cross-sectional area is proposed. Compared with the result calculated by CAD method, the relative error is less than 1%. The formula is simple and easy to use. Calculate the volume of the gear by this algorithm, use Pro / E software to construct the gear entity, check the calculation result, the relative error is less than 1%. The algorithm was used as a basis for determining the volume of the blank, which was verified by the test. The geometrical dimensions of the gear forging obtained after testing finally met the requirements. The result shows that this algorithm is of high computational accuracy and fully meets the needs of engineering. It is a engineering algorithm worthy of promotion.
