目的比较本研究所制备的流感病毒裂解疫苗儿童剂型(昆明疫苗)与赛诺菲巴斯德流感裂解疫苗儿童剂型(巴斯德疫苗)在动物中的安全性和免疫效果。方法用流感病毒裂解疫苗儿童剂型于0d和14d,腹腔内接种ICR小鼠。每天称取体质量,免疫后35d,眼眶采血分离血清,用微量血凝抑制(HI)法测定小鼠血清中特异性抗体滴度,计算抗体阳转率、保护率及几何平均滴度(GMT)增长倍数。结果免疫后小鼠体质量逐渐增加,组间无明显差异;两组间HI抗体阳转率、保护率及H1N1、H3N2型和B型HI抗体倍数差异无显著意义。结论两种疫苗均具有很好的安全性和免疫原性。
Objective To compare the safety and immunogenicity of the vaccine prepared in this study between children vaccinated with influenza virus (Kunming vaccine) and sanofi pasteur flu split vaccine (Pasteur vaccine) in animals. Methods ICR mice were intraperitoneally inoculated intraperitoneally with the influenza virus lytic vaccine for children at 0d and 14d. Body mass was weighed every day. Serum was collected by orbital sampling 35 days after immunization. The titer of specific antibody in serum was measured by HI method. The antibody positive rate, protection rate and geometric mean titer (GMT Growth multiples. Results After immunization, the body weight of mice gradually increased with no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of HI antibody, the protection rate and the multiple of H1N1, H3N2 and B type HI antibodies between the two groups. Conclusion Both vaccines have good safety and immunogenicity.
