本研究对高锰酸钾氧化愈创木艹奥(1)的反应条件进行了较详细探讨。结果表明,溶剂丙酮含水率是影响目的物1-愈创木艹奥羧酸(3)和1-愈创木艹奥甲醛(4)得率的主要因素;氧化剂用量影响氧化反应的转化率,但对目的物得率无明显影响。温度对转化率和目的物得率的影响均不显著。选定反应条件为:4%水-丙酮、45℃和用2倍于原料的高锰酸钾
In this study, the reaction conditions of potassium permanganate oxidation guaiacao (1) were discussed in more detail.
