目的建立快速测定食盐中碘含量的分析方法。方法按国标法对样品处理后,测量样品溶液的电位值;加入一定量的碘酸钾标准溶液后再测量溶液的电位值。根据两次电位差即可计算样品溶液有效碘含量。结果方法 RSD在0.7%~1.0%之间,回收率93.8%~102.3%,最低检出含量0.5 mg/kg,与国标法比较,相对误差为0.8%。结论标准加入电位法简单、快速,重现性好,准确度高,可为碘盐的常规分析方法。
Objective To establish a rapid method for the determination of iodine in salt. Methods After the sample was processed according to the national standard method, the potential value of the sample solution was measured. After adding a certain amount of potassium iodate standard solution, the potential value of the solution was measured. Calculate the effective iodine content of the sample solution based on the two potential differences. Results The RSD ranged from 0.7% to 1.0%. The recoveries ranged from 93.8% to 102.3% with the lowest detectable level of 0.5 mg / kg. The relative error was 0.8% compared with the national standard method. Conclusion The standard addition potential method is simple, rapid, reproducible and accurate. It can be a routine analytical method for iodized salt.
